I build GTM systems that help early-stage startups find traction, revenue, and repeatable growth.

I work on GTM and growth as a systems problem. Rather than optimizing individual channels, I design and build GTM systems that connect performance marketing, CRM workflows, content, SEO, and sales into a coherent growth engine.
I work AI-first across research, experimentation, and execution. I use AI to build automations, unify signals across systems, and reduce manual decision-making, helping teams move faster, prioritize better, and reach repeatable revenue earlier.
I am most effective in zero-to-one and early-stage environments, where growth is still taking shape and systems need to work across marketing, sales, and product from day one.
Ravi led our entire growth function at Teleport and was the perfect fit for the zero-to-one journey we were on. Grounded, sharp, and highly resilient — he takes ownership across unfamiliar problem spaces and always comes back with clarity.
My Work Timeline

Helped early-stage startups design GTM systems where signals were fragmented, prioritization was manual, and growth lacked structure.
- Shifted sales teams from reactive deal handling → proactive, signal-driven prioritization
- Designed n8n-based GTM automations unifying CRM, support, and product signals
- Built a lightweight GTM intelligence layer (“Sales Context Card”) for account-level interpretation
- Enabled earlier detection of churn risk, expansion opportunities, and stalled deals
- Supported early GTM exploration across India and Singapore
- Translated Asian market dynamics into partnership and positioning strategy
- Helped initiate founder-level conversations with ecosystem partners and institutions
- Represented the company at ecosystem events and expansion-focused forums

SEO & Search-Led Growth
Context & Strategy
Strategy
The SEO engine was designed to capture intent clusters rather than individual keywords, focusing on predictable demand.
The Problem: High-Intent Visa Queries
The key insight was that competing on generic travel keywords was inefficient, while high-intent visa queries offered a direct path to monetization. I designed an SEO engine to capture these intent clusters, aligning traffic directly with user readiness.
- Estimated total monthly search demand: ~800,000
- Competing on generic keywords brings low-intent traffic
- Visa-specific queries have clear intent and direct monetization alignment
Systems Built
Impact & Outcome
Captured ~150,000 monthly organic visits from high-intent queries
Represented ~18–20% of total available high-intent search demand
Traffic quality aligned with active application behavior
